Like, russia in 90s was bad. Murder rate bonkers, mafia, etc. But even then, they still had aid and food support from other nations and shit. But now imagine that, except everyone hates them and they are getting cut off from all banks, no imports of tech/cars/etc allowed (lada cant even build their own cars now due to microchip restriction), and they are in worse situation than in the fucking 90s. Even if they take ukraine soon, that really will do jack shit about said sanctions, and china decided they want to continue to sell their shit to us/eu/etc, instead of being sanctioned out the ass alongside russia.
