That was redacted after 5 minutes. The one in Hawaii was cancelled after 38 minutes. Both those figures are in line with the flight time of an ICBM.

The guy who pushed the button maintains that it was a legitimate early warning. The state first said that he had accidently selected the wrong button from a drop down menu but they also said that he had overheard a training video and thought it was a legit warning.
