I try to explain why Russia invaded and what’s been happening in the years leading to this, and an instantly shot down every time and seen as evil. It’s crazy how fast the propaganda machine works.

Russia, France and Germany signed it as observers. The agreement was between the Ukraine, Donetsk and Lugansak. You can't demand the latter two to honor agreement because you don't recognize them. You can't demand the Ukraine to honor it, because the person from the Ukraine signing it was the goddamned second president who didn't hold any governmental office of note at the time and wasn't qualiffied to make such decisions.
