yes the oral torah is the lens through witch torah is interpreted, the talmud contains many layers of rabinic opinoin on the things in the torah, both written and oral so it makes sense to also include the mishnah in it so you can read the source and then the opinions on it, when I move over I will enlist in the idf, and when I get out I would like to work provideing security for settlers, they have realy gay gun laws think I can only have a few guns legaly there and as neat as the tavor is Ima get me a galil and a handgun probably a glock but will have to see whats available over there
