I think some effects are to be expected, but prior to the start of the war, Putin made it clear that businesses were expected to endure and support the country's operations. Additional reliance on China seems to be moving in the direction of creating a competitor to the NATO aligned financial system, one way this has already had effects is Russia rescinding its sanctions encouraged by internationalists in favor of a free trade with countries like North Korea, Syria.
