Ive heard sth like this before, that hes in some kind of bunker in Eastern Russia. But why would he? Not like Ukrainian forces are pushing into Russia or sth.. In fact, Russia is still winning the war (even by allegedly high casualties). Economy will go down the drain for a while but I bet he will find loopwholes etc to go around it, like Iran is doing
