I dont get it. Reddit, Twitter, Any Forums, and pretty much every mainstream platform is extremely anti-Russia. What is causing this? Countries get invaded all the time. I cant imagine Russia doing it is that much bigger of a deal. I understand its a higher stakes situation cuz its literally at the door steps of causing WW3, but that's not what people are mad about. I think its got to do with the fact that Europeans are finally seeing war in their backyard. Not something you watch brown people in the dessert experience. I think white people are just mad at Putin for breaking this peace in Europe. They couldn't care less if he would've done it a little to the south in Georgia. Which he did. and no one cared. lol

There's multiple factors to consider. Western boomers spent a good portion of their lives being afraid of thermonuclear war and communism. Western millennials were told Russia is evil because of 'election meddling'. Countries that were a part of the iron curtain hate Russia for historical reasons and are rightfully worried it will return to it's imperial ways. It's a big country with a lot of enemies and too few friends.
