Planet earth in the United States. FDR is widely considered a top 3 president and his economic and foreign policy accomplishments speak for themselves. Obama fixed the economy, provided most Americans with health insurance, had essentially no corruption, didn't start any wars, improved relations with Cuba and Iran, etc.
