Well yeah, you wanna move your loved ones somewhere safe so that they cannot be captured or killed and that you don't have to constantly worry about them and that you can focus on the task at hand with a clear mind. This doesn't mean that there will be a nuclear war. Would be cool if there was, but nothing ever happens.
