I have a friend whose family is currently trapped in Ukraine, in Kirovohrad Oblast (pic related) and need to get to the Moldavian border ASAP. From there things should be OK.
Can anyone help out? They need a safe form of transportation (or as safe as a war zone can allow).
My friend is willing to pay.
