Victoria Nuland is the state department personality who was the architect of the US backed coup in Ukraine in 2014. Victoria is married to Robert Kagan, who is one of the people at Project for a New American Century who contributed to the Rebuilding America's Defenses document that argues that what was needed for America (read Israel) to dominate the world’s resources was “some catastrophic and catalysing event - like a new Pearl Harbor”. This was before Israel conducted the 9/11 false flag, meaning Robert likely had foreknowledge of the operation.
It was those same PNAC neocons that later were caught fabricating evidence and passing secrets to Israel during the Iraq war (so much for caring about America's defenses).

1. Talk is cheap. Look at China Foreign Ministry, they support the Ukraine, condemn Russia but still trade with Russia. Don't fully take the said words, but look at the actions. (Sadly, all the news/social media propaganda are literally "taking the words blindly") 2. Inflating numbers. Statistics/statements can be easily spurred to follow the narratives. (To make it bigger than it really appears). Even something like being neutral can be added to support Ukraine as long as people don't know the fine print.

Don't know much about the politics of India, but noticed they once had a strong tradition of liberal democracy. It's too bad today many folks from over there seem to equate liberal democracy with "British Imperialism" and "the white man" and prefer to go down their Hindu nationalist path.
