Maybe. Pure numbers wise yes. Arguably Europe suddenly growing some balls and pursing it's own foreign policy is a great shift in power though, despite the damages they suffer from this. If we don't die of nuclear exchange, a Europe militarized and pursing it's own interests will form the 3rd power bloc of the NWO after this.

China will probably soon force Russia into letting them have Siberia while Russia will be used as a puppet state to keep Europeans in check, Canada and America will be slowly weakened and taken by China for lebensraum for millions of Chinese migrants. Same outcome for Australia.

Absolutely fucking not, Europe is arming itself with rising nationalism while its long time partner who supplies them with ~15% of their oil and gas needs attacked a European state.
