whatever the case, what is happening has nothing to do with influx of users DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN speciffically means that the server is offline or something, or the dns was hacked, and switched to an invalid address

correct, it is unusually quiet. same thing happened yesterday where it just went dead for a while. no tankers up no nothing.
I believe it has something to do with the military jets being flown into Ukraine from europe. I dont think they want to risk anything as they're moving in.

yesterday was still busier than today I think. I do hear a lot of loud jets flying over Slovenia from west to east. Probably Italy to Poland. They dont show up on the map civi or military

Actually best receiver is PCIe card that can do spectrum scans. That's how I discover new signals, simply scan the satellite and see if anything new pops up. If yes, I tune to it and let card figure out the parameters. www.tbsdtv.com sells best peformance/price ones and most work with spectrum scanning sw (Crazyscan... just google it, it's awesome).
But even if you just have simple receive that can't do blindscan at all, you can still find found channels online. There are some pages where "feedhunters" post their finds, some do it on twitter. In that case you just enter it into manual scan and you are done - if the channel is still on. Some stay up for hours, some only for minutes.

saw somewhere else there were 11 amphibious boats / assault boats in the Black Sea to take Odessa, maybe it's to have a look at that and in case they come in territorial water to fuck them ?
