A lot of people think you can break the npc's programming by presenting them the truth. This is true for a small part, but not for the masses.
In the whole human history, it never was this easy to gain the truth. You just have to type something into a searchbar and watch some videos/read articles which clearly present you the evidence of truth.
But even then, most people won't do that. They don't want to question reality. They don't want to know the truth. They are afraid. They don't even realise they are afraid.
If you have a loved one who is clearly a npc, don't talk about facts. Try to talk about their feelings (i am serious!). Ask them if they are afraid of non-mainstream media and why. "Why do you think you will be brainwashed", "What do you think will happen to you when you read "evil" non-mainstream media", "Do you feel anger when thinking about *random topic*.", etc.

You don't undo an npc mindset by asserting dominance, you simply divert them into your way of thinking about a topic and have to maintain constant control over them and install them with the latest fad every time propaganda pops up. They're still npcs.

Simplest way is to befriend them. Appear to agree and when they trust you start asking simple questions and slowly up the intensity. Either they crack or leave. Won win- minus the friend part.

Most people rely on consensus to make sense of local and national events. If youre an apparent black sheep, the system has taught them to ridicule you and to be held in contempt. The only thing that might work is to pick a soft topic and find a podcast that takes a non mainstream position on it. Abuse their trust for charismatic speakers with an audience on enough MSM diverging opinions to at least have them see a glimpse of some truth the next time they tune into their normal programming. Im using this strategy to slowly teach my dad about proper nutrition.
