The Ukie Jew offers to recognize Donest and Luhansk as independent but borders will remain as they currently are. He also agrees to step down and let a new regime dedicated to neutrality take control with the promise not to seek Nato membership. They also agree to disband Azov bitchboy brigade.
That's it, that's how it ends. Putin looks stupid but atleast he gets a nice chunk of Ukraine, a friendlier regime and a written promise not to join Nato. His own people are disgusted by this waste of time but atleast the killing and economic destruction can come to an end. Putin then turns his attention back to keeping control over his own country.

this is improbable based on the direction the russian ruble is headed. and the impacts of sanctions moving forward in the mid and long term time frame.
