Iraq ended up as a pointless quagmire for the united states, about 90% of Americans think the whole thing was a bad idea. It will end up being the same for Russia

except for the fact they've lost more men in 4 days than we lost in 20 years KEKEKEKKEKEKEKKEKEKEK

Yeah, because Ukraine but the same people on casualty counts that do their COVID numbers

Anglokike shills will seethe at this

yes most of the casulsties were actually covid, especially since they wouldnt let russia have our vaccines

Iraq is on the other side of the planet from America

I’m actually surprised how fast things are moving. Good going.

Except Iraq is on the opposite side of the world and its population is not ethnically Americans (whatever that means in this case)

Not one major city taken. Higher losses in 3 days than entire coalition in 20 years. They took a lot of empty space and some villages.

I'm pretty sure Ive seen more images of Russian corpses than the entire total of US casualties during the 3 weeks it took to take Baghdad already.

How?
In what metric?
Really study the actual INVASION of Iraq rather than the subsequent occupation.
Jesus Christ, no wonder you fucks suck at military tactics.

Yeah I'm sure the Russians are really winning over hearts and minds in Ukraine right now lmao

>It will end up being the same for Russia
Are you unable to imagine that other people are better at things than America is?

Nah. Iraq was a war torn country that was destroyed by America.

Ukraine was an european country who is now Afghan tier.

Russia has made their point: do not cross my red line or your country will be the same. Who cares if ukranians recover controll eventually, it's now a failed state and will take decades to recover.

Except America dominated that conflict taking very few casualties and Russia is sustaining heavy losses on ground they won't be able to hold against a sophisticated opponent

Russia is right next to Ukraine. No Amphibious assaults or long flights from Germany to Iraq for them. They have full knowledge of the tech since its old Russian tech. They share language and should have more infiltrators.

It should be easier for them by all accounts.

>barely any civilian casualties
They certainly aren't alienating the Russian-speaking parts of Ukraine.

Iraq is on the opposite side of the planet from us and we didn't have an interstate leading directly to it.

And they could easily Annex that part of the country, but they went for the much bigger anti-Russian western part that wont be so easy.

>Except America dominated that conflict taking very few casualties
See . America did that by levelling Iraq's infrastructure and killing thousands of civilians. It worked, but it also turned Iraq squarely against us.
>right next to
>on the opposite side
Coalition forces had bases all over Saudi Arabia to stage in, and they got to stage there for months before the start of the conflict.

The source is reality you greasy retard

>Iraq is on the other side of the world
>transport there by ship
>they know you're coming
>Baghdad is 600 km from the coastline

>Kiyv is 80 km from border
>unexpected attack

Yeah, dude, a totally legitimate comparison.

That was desert storm ....
One side had total air control and modern weapons,
the other used tanks as general artillery and shot out the barrels making accurate fire impossible.

>And they could easily Annex that part of the country, but they went for the much bigger anti-Russian western part that wont be so easy.
Because their goal is the installation of a new government, not meme gib clay annexation. They might annex the parts directly adjacent to Crimea to secure Crimea's water supply since that's been a pain ever since 2014, but I'd be very surprised if they took more than that.

Yeah actually there is an interstate that connects to Baghdad Iraq???

What planet do you live on turd?
