let me be honest here
a LOT of things in this war dont make sense and dont add up:
- usa/cia knew about the invasion for MONTHS, they asked china to intervene, but they did nothing
- they apparently also told ukraine about those plans
- the military buildup on all borders (belarus, russia, donbass, crimea) was well documented and reported
- yet ukraine did NOTHING to prevent a russian invasion. no roadblocks, no tank barriers, no army placed in strategic positions to stop and engage a russian armored advance
- where IS the ukrainian army in fact, they seem to just drive around in random groups of 2 or 3, they dont form any sort of battle group
- russia is just driving their armor and supply trains unimpeded on ukrainian highways
it all makes absolutely no sense to me

It was very obvious that Ukraine would be losing rapidly when I saw Russia doing massive helicopter operations just 7 hours into the war. Typically this would be suicide due to enemy surface to air. But Russia was confident enough that Ukraine had little to no available, securing complete Russian air superiority.

This image is getting passed around but its surprisingly accurate. Russia makes gains in the night and morning, and then recedes/retires at the end of the day. Americans and western Euros are online during the lulls in combat, and only see Russia slowing down. Those of us who stay up until the wee hours enjoy the airstrikes and fresh videos.
