Once Ukraine’s gone and under Russia control you will see massive troop enforcements going to Kaliningrad for Russia’s push against Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, may not happen straight away, maybe a few years or a decade away but it’ll happen.

Kaliningrad will be the rock and the hard wall causing offensive strikes and defensive position for Russia but also creating a choke for nato troops to enter Lithuania with Russian troops in Kaliningrad and Belarus which will cause Russia in turn to artillery barrage the 60km choke point and decimate nato troops on the ground if they try to push Lithuania and other nato countries. It’s a solid play but Russia’s air defence will be stressed going against nato air forces
