The Buran transmission can only barely be heard sometimes on the receiver in the center of Ukraine, sometimes not at all. So it checks out that they would be in the north west of Ukraine.
RIP, means they're using local maps which are undoubtedly classified, but each square is a kmxkm so it's not a fully accurate method.

I was looking at private planes heading for NZ, Aus and Southern South America, to see if there were any elites fleeing... and I found this private plane, under a Russian registry, parked in Santiago airport.
