Ukies don't have T-90 you fren. They almost exclusively have T-64s, easy to recognize by their small, all steel roadwheels. Also helps to distinguish if a tank wreck is really Russian or Ukranian. Russia doesn't use T-64 anymore.

Depending on how bad it is, even a log can just get mushed into the mud under your vehicle. Then you can try stacking multiple logs under your tank, squished into the mud one after another.
The only immediate way out is to string a cable all the way to the next patch of solid ground, and pull from there. You might need to link two or three tow cables in series.

The US & Israel has at least the same expertise as what went into the Russian systems.
The problem is that US procurement is so corrupt, and the focus is so much on F-35, LCS, special forces and air assault, it was only until last year that we started moving to the SEPv3 or C series tank upgrades. This finally puts some of our tanks beyond the Russian level.
