In terms of hygiene, it only mentions toilet and shower. No soap or TP - so really, that's another THREE points deducted for "hygiene products" (but at least you get a jaccuzi out of it too).

So, really, if you want to not be dead by the end of the 10 years, you start out with 21 points for additional things.
