A baofeng operates on 2 meters and 70cm. 472 is 60cm. Your radio is incapable of tuning to that frequency.

2m is 144MHz. Those frequencies are 90% line of sight. The only things you'd hear are boomers talking about their medical issues and grandkids. Once in a while you'll get some good propagation and be able to talk over a few hundred miles. All of the skykang stuff is happening on HF, 40M-20M.
