Hungary (or any country) taking military action to receive new territory while the world is distracted with Russia, would cause a positive feedback loop making others do the same, like a fire, that would escalate to a raging inferno of first world powers to fighting each other for survival of its people.
Douse the flames, don't add to it. Find the people and the processes that were responsible for nuclear deterrence being destabilized, and murder them and replace them with another. Now is not the time for increasing territories.
Also as the number of people in the world increases from 8 billion to 16 billion, landgrabs are going to be a recurring theme. There are only so many square meters on the surface of Earth.
