Russia is not losing. Russia has decided, wisely, to pursue a prolonged conflict; a limited-war mainly because a swift victory would ring hollow. This is intended to last multiple years, a protracted war, a war that will end with an enemy who's spirit, after many, many years is not just tired and weary but completely and utterly crushed. All hope dashed with only despair left to be embraced.
Trust the plan. This is the Russian way. This war will be dictated by Russia's timetable, not the West's.

Putin is OBVIOUSLY holding back. He sent in a bunch of mongolian cannon fodder, riding APC's that were taken out of a museum. And they're still DEVASTATING the Ukranian Army. Now they are holding their positions. He's waiting for something.
