1: It does not have the funding to mass produce its cream of the crop stuff (t-90, 5th gen fighters etc)
2: it still uses 1980s style missile strikes then armor rushes,which barely worked against a vastly inferior, poorer nation (they still havent taken any cities or major objectives 4 days in and have taken major casualties)
US/NATO would decimate the Russian military.

When the Wehrmacht blitzed Poland in 1939 it ended up with 16,343 killed, 3,500 missing, 30,300 wounded. This was the best trained and toughest army in the world at the time. At least from 1939-1943.
