One- Hitler basically carpet bombed the Poles and when the Germans reached Warsaw the Soviets then invaded.
Second- Hitler primarily used his Panzer divisions first smashing through Polish defences. This is not a strategy the Russians are using since the Ukrainians are armed to the teeth with state of the art anti tank technology.
Thirdly- Ukraine is receiving intelligence on Russia's movement from Nato through spy network and satellite imagery. They have received billions in military aid, Poland only had itself.
Also no doubt there will be SAS and DELTA Forces fighting alongside the Ukrainian special forces.
This is totally different from 1939.
