I know people like to make these fictional meganation scenarios in books and videogames with countries that have some similarities but they are just that, fiction. In reality there will never be such a union in Latin America, MeNA or SEA, the individual nations have lots of rivalries.

In my headcanon, Latin Americans won't be "united" by anything except a desire to protect their own existence from a North American or Chinese invasion. It will be a brutal, authoritarian nation which forces a cultural melting pot upon its population at gunpoint. Latin Americans and North Americans are too culturally disparate to live together.

In my headcanon, these rivalries have to be prioritized after these nation's continued existence. Nations will sacrifice their cultures to empires in order to avoid getting bombed or invaded.

The EU will collapse and we will go back to the 1800s style of several powers fighting to keep small nations in their spheres.

Latina america today is the result of several arms races that kept each other in check; our position makes it so that no one power can go to war with another without someone somewhere stabbing you.

We wont go to super continental states if unions and alliances suddenly dissapear, we will get bogged down in conflict for centuries

If the U.S led unipolarity will end
Asia will always be contested but it will be between China and India.
Arab nationalism might resurface and unify north Africa.
Europe will significantly reduce its significance in the world unless it unites as a singular state.
