In military terms? Probably not but it will likely take a while and need a more heavy handed approach
In every other regard, absolutely. NATO counties are leading the process of dismantling Russias links to the west almost entirely. They won't even be able to fly planes over Europe soon, removal from swift almost a guarantee now and they will lose alot of military hardware during all of this.
I can't see how they emerge from this with anything close to a net gain, it's going to be very painful in the medium to long term.
