Anyone who makes $10,000+ a month and lives paycheck to paycheck is living way outside of their means.
I make $3500/mo and still set aside money for savings and will survive for months if I loose my job. I mean seriously what valid excuse can they give me? Car payments? Don't buy a new car my shit box 2008 Elantra cost me $8k and runs just fine. Rent? Where the hell are you renting that takes up the majority of $10k? Mortgage and bills? Why would you buy an expensive home when you can't afford it? Food? I spend $200 on groceries every month and I eat fresh veggies, fruit and meat, organic too. Student loan debt? Why take out hundreds of thousands for student loans when you could have gone to a more affordable college well within your means to get the same degree? Bills? What bills do you rack up every month that are THAT expensive.
I feel no empathy for these fuck complaining that they live paycheck to paycheck. It's a budgeting issue no an economy issue. They just want to play victim like majority of the millennials and zoomers.
I make 148k a year before taxes. Having 2 kids costs a lot. But i’m still able to set aside 1-2k per paycheck.
Tyler Miller
To be fair i make a little over 90 and the take home is only like 5.5k per month. Would vary a bit by state but the government rapes you more as your salary goes up.
Jonathan Anderson
it's probably because most of them live in high cost of living areas and might have families at this point
Easton Bailey
I make 5 dollars above minimum wage, and i save 1200 a month aside while paying rent to my parents. I don't have any debt, and i used my education money to get a car.
There's people in my age group which got much better jobs than me like being government workers or hospital staff, and still can't fucking save their money and in thousands of debt.
I'm blessed to have parents who don't mind keeping me around, but I told them i move out when i save enough, which is when i'm 25, and i'm currently 22.
Jace Johnson
With 100k a year you can hardly maintain a lower middle class lifestyle in the Bay Area or London. That's why.
Nathaniel Rogers
50% of Millennials making $100k probably work in tech in overpriced hive cities where $100K a year is literally poverty wages.
Andrew Gomez
Move!!!!! Fucking stupid niggers.
Gabriel Bell
100K gross is not the same as net but yes, I make around 5K after taxes per month and I live like a king, 1600e of rent and I can save 1K per month.
Aiden Allen
I make 300k a year and live paycheck by paycheck, shit’s expensive
Jordan Williams
I make 2200 a month and manage fine. I’m not rich but I’m at a level if i see something I want, I can buy it without worrying about not eating
Elijah Barnes
1○/1○
Nolan James
Ding ding ding. San Fran paid 6 dudes $100k/yr to literally scrape shit off of public sidewalks.
Hunter Watson
I make less than 200$ and due to sanctions am about to earn around 50-100$ dollars a month
Millennialls who make that much probably live in NYC or San Francisco. Right off the top they lose 40-50% in taxes. They probably spend over $2000/month on rent. Unfortunately, their shitty apartment is too small for a proper kitchen, so they have to spend $40 per day on prepared food and tips. Then they get to pay thousands for health insurance. How much is left for 401k contributions?
Robert Allen
I will soon have enough money to move to Asia and open an ethnic European country I won’t name restaurant and make bank on the retarded foreign upper middle/lower upper classes.
Isaiah Long
> I can buy it without worrying except a house.
Aiden Diaz
No it doesn’t. I earn the same with kids. Wife is stay at home mom. Plenty of money.
Adam Gomez
> 63 after taxes >union tradesman i feel no putty for the poor or the people who live outside their means
Jaxson Sullivan
sorry russian bro
Brody Johnson
I'm too retarded to make a bunch of money asian women are godless communists and want me to have ZERO ways of coping
Matthew Parker
I have 17000 saved up by living with mum, i can technically afford a downpayment on a small rural home, but upkeep after that would probably kill my account
Parker Diaz
you'd almost think income doesn't mean anything and purchasing power is a better metric
Colton Ortiz
Don't encourage them to ruin everywhere else like they've ruined their own shitholes
Anthony Russell
Cali vs Kansas, gentlemen.
James Wright
>expending over your means >"Why can't I save any money?"
People really think that with a bigger income you will save more and it's not 100% true. If you are a consumerist whore you will keep expending all your money no matter how big it is.
Lucas Nguyen
people are retarded. i showed my ex wife how to get all the streaming content for free. she still pays for several
Daniel Sanders
>There's no valid excuse for this Of course there is, that 60% is mostly women and men who are married to said women. We all know that women are terrible with money and they waste it in the most idiotic ways. Cucks who marry said whores have to keep the lifestyle they demand or else the whore will leave, ruining them in the process, so they have no choice but to max their credit cards to keep a lifestyle they can't afford.
Isaiah Martin
>living with mum Exactly. So basically you can buy all the shit you don't need but nothing of actual value.
Gabriel Diaz
I make $1400 a month and save $1000
Parker Reyes
Cost of living is a big one. I notice most people who live paycheck to paycheck but make decent money spend it all on food and a car note then complain that they have no money.
Matthew Richardson
You just save 1k with 5k a month and a 1.6k rent? Are you sniffing coke off prostitutes' butts and eating caviar at dinner every day? 5k in Portugal is a lot, like, for real.
the OPs sentence alone does not mean anything. it all depends on how expensive living is in the given area. where i live 100k a year would enable you to live like a french king - in silicon valley thats low level income that wont even buy rent for you
Julian Reed
Lol I make less than 20k per year and save over half of each of my weekly paychecks
Just build a shed in your friends backyard, idiots
Nathan Rivera
>it's probably because most of them live in high cost of living areas This > >and might have families at this point I doubt that. Have you seen the marriage rates among millennials? It's abysmally low.
They are spending and buying every gadget and eat takeout.
Hunter Diaz
Because OP you brain dead moron those zoomers earning "100k+" salaries are living in areas where those jobs are ie; tech shit cities with a cost of living to match those salaries.
>hurrr durr thye shuld just move from expensive city!
They certainly could you fucking toss bucket who barely qualifies as sentient, but then they would have to settle for a 25k salary working a much more menial job
Jaxson Myers
>price floor outmatches wage ceiling most boomers are making 150k+ fuck this bullshit
Levi Scott
Student loans will do that
Easton Stewart
Like, I make half of what you make in fucking Norway of all places and manage to put 1k aside as well.
Aiden Wood
Perhaps then bigger numbers are not better if they don't buy the same things as smaller numbers elsewhere
Thomas Morales
It almost makes it sound worth it to live in a van or something and tolerate it for just long enough to acquire a shitload of money and move to somewhere significantly more affordable.
Daniel Peterson
I can agree with this, my ex would get door dash everyday, amazon packages etc and leave me to pay the entire rent and bills. When I brought it up to her she said she "needed a man that can afford her lifestyle" so I dumped her, she's lived with her mom every since because nobody wants a woman like that and her standards are too high
Tyler Murphy
literally how? No really how is that possible? I get 900eur in neetbux, pay 70 out of pocket for insurance and meds, 30 for phone, and I pay 250 for a room (well technically i just "rent" from my mothers apartament she moved out from and that 250 is to just pay utilities) and Im easily able to afford shit and even save up a tiny bit for something (bought 1000eur worth of pc parts 6 months ago or so)
We're talking tech jobs which at this point are majority remote, I've got a buddy making $70k+ a year in IT and app development and he lives in Wyoming like a fucking king
Jonathan Jenkins
top KeK
Henry Brown
I guess so yeah, no need to save more in Portugal I guess. 1k € aside every months goes a long way already. Lucky bastard.
Josiah Young
I earn ~29'000 USD a month. I am single, no children or dependants. I will soon be millionare.
t. son of a lower middle-class rural family
Gabriel Phillips
You save in order to buy your own place instead of paying the jews every month for a roof
Levi Rodriguez
The whole state, venture capital, hedge funds and big business are landlords. They print money keep 95% and make you pay taxes and inflation over the other 5% they 'give' you after working 40+ hours a week.
You work for the boomer's confort.
Thomas Hughes
You will bounce, like always.
Logan Johnson
i make 40k, live in a high cost of living city, in the heart of the best neighborhood, and still save 1/3 of my income. what exactly do normalfags spend money on?
Austin Powell
Taxes are ridiculous bro. There is no economic ladder to climb
