Welcome to the new western sanctions. It wasnt taken over or anything it was already docked at Bolonge-Sur-Mer, and after yesterdays round of sanctions presumably now might have cargo that cannot be transported to Russia (its next port of call).
All that's going to happen is that any sanctioned cargo will be taken off and it be allowed to go on its way.
