Last night I managed to get a timeline of the trampling event by scrubbing Warcampaign's stream and news footage from RDI.
Brown jacket guy was at the front line between 1637 and 1712. 1712 is when the trampling occured Give or take one or 2 minutes on those times. Trampling occurred in front of Chateau Laurier on Feb 18.
How do we know this.

When looking at footage trying to find this guy, look for the girl in the picture. She was right next to him and with her light gray blanket, red tuque and mittens she sticks out of the crowd and can be easily spotted. She put her hands on her head and quickly walks away.
