They designate which platoons or locations the tanks are going. Just supply chain/inventory management and labeling basically. No hidden meaning
Fun fact: the American tanks have a similar system actually :
divided into BLM (black colored tanks) , TransWomenAreWomen (pink and blue), Gay Pride (Rainbow tanks) and one tank doesn’t even hide it and just has a blue star of David on it
