It sounds like Russia trying to cap off Kiev (yes Kiev Kyev doesn't even show up as a proper word with my spell check ) with the elite and rest of the army is composed to just your normal conscripts for the rest of Ukraine
But it's Not like 1990 where they can bomb the place for months before actual troop movement so Ukrainians are still putting up decent fight here and there
I am going to predict that they will not take Kiev. But Kiev will more or less forced into some kind of "surrender" agreement which involving Ukraine not getting into Nato.
And I believe the anti nato voice will get louder with how the biggest EU Nato member Germany pretty much shown rest of the world it's duplicity and vice versa (US, at less with the democrat president)
