Swift is past tense for Russia, Russians use the meria card system now and not Visa, Visa is swift. China, Russia and other BRICS countries use the meria system. Some more than others. Russia is a founding member of Swift and cannot be kicked out easily. Would need swift to be totally rebuilt if Russia wanted to leave.
