Their remaining air force was probably destroyed on the ground. It's over. Russia doesn't have to shell cities, there are probably barely any targets left after the initial strike. They can easily move in now. Ukraine has lost complete control over its territory within 1-2 hours. If I were Zelenskyy I'd get the fuck out right now.
