I just got offered a ridiculous sum of money by a company that requires its employees to take the covid injection. What kind of documents do they ask for and how do I get past this without being jabbed? Pay off a pharmacy attendant? See a certain type of doctor to get an exemption? I am a Christian, but I feel like religious exemptions are unlikely to work. What have your experiences been dodging these requirements?
Vaxx Requirement
I told my boss I wasn’t taking it and he said ok.
I got a religious exemption. Its not hard, the law doesnt require it to be religious either, it can be any sincerely held belief, such as being anti-abortion and the fact that all of the covid vaccies were either developed with or produced with aborted fetal cell lines. So long as you are willing to follow other protocols such as masking, testing, and social distancing, they should have no issue granting you an accomodation.
Try try try for the religious exemption. Be honest and it will come.
Decline. You are a piece of shit if you lie about it, and are doing a disservice to absolutely everyone.
Fuck you.
I went working in a vaxx center and "jabbed" all my family and close friends. Lost my hospital job, then a friend "jabbed" me and I joined him in a vaxx center. I don't give a fuck about poisoning people for money, in fact I would do it for free.
We need to be everywhere. Faking it isn't morally bad or caving in. We need to occupy every decision-making positions.
It is a remote position, so I would have to mask only when I go visit corporate a couple times a year. Thank you for the reassurance that it is not difficult.
You as well. Thank you for the assurance
I have made it this far haven’t I? I understand where you are coming from. I am very conflicted about it, but circumstances in my life right now require me to make more money. Maybe not this much more, but I do need it.
Remember: Your "sincerely held religious beliefs" don't necessarily need to come from any organized religion you subscribe to.
This is the correct answer.
All the "ducking and weaving" fuckwits in the world are doing so sans resistance. The fact that we feel/ seem so alone is because everyone is ducking and weaving instead of showing their moral fortitute and arguing with everyone over everything, and throwing molotovs
money can't buy morals. Better to live in a tent with $10 and morals than to live in a mansion with your vaxxpass
Stop playing into their games, faggot. They don't get do decide anything about your beliefs, nor are they entitled to ask about them.
Pfizer lied about the vaccine side-effects, why shouldn't user lie about his vaccine status? One harmed millions of people around the world, the other one harms a huge corporation and saves user time and money.
you faggotty gay homo lala man
Similarly related to OP's experience: I applied for a job recently, one of their questions was "We are a vaccinated company, are you willing to get vaccinated?" and I said "No" and another question was "Do you undestand that we require vaccinations to work here?" And I also answered "No" and they've reached out to me about a job interview.
What happens if I get the job? Kek
I went with basically an “I prayed for guidance and was told not to take the vaccine” approach and it worked. The way I understand the law is that they have the right to demand you tell them why you have a religious exemption, and it does have to be couched in religious terms, but if you do that, they really have no basis to deny your request for accommodation. I should say that I’m WFH and my company has no desire to lose any employees. If you’re up against a company run by sociopaths or ideologues you might have a rougher time of it.
This.
The conversation begins and ends with, "I am claiming a religious exemption."
All other inquiries should be directed to your lawyer.
Do not listen to this user unless you want to stay unemployed or lose your job. They can legally demand you explain your religious objection. However, they can’t pass judgement on it unless it’s obviously bullshit.
>They can legally demand you explain your religious objection.
They cannot.
Was it picrel, OP?
You're a cuckold faggot. If the mandate was that you had to let a pack of niggers fuck your daughter and the only way out was a religious exemption, the moral answer is not to apply for a religious exemption. The moral response is outrage.
>They can legally demand you explain your religious objection.
BS. "I feel explaining my religious beliefs could open me up to discrimination."
>They cannot.
They most certainly can. Either you haven’t gone through the process or you are deliberately attempting to sabotage people. Either way, you don’t know what you’re talking about.
That’s rich, coming from an Australian. How’s that emu dick taste in your tiny COVID isolation camp cabin?
>I am a Christian
Asking us to help you lie... no thanks Satan.
Go ahead and try it for yourself if you must, but don’t sabotage others in your ignorance.
>They most certainly can
Nope.
That might be what your HR rep told you, but it is entirely untrue.
This is not my opinion.
Based Algerian Frog.
Yeah, go ahead and ask a devout Muslim or Native American to explain their beliefs to you, and then you get to judge them. See how well that works out for you. They will own your company in court.
No one has been dumb enough to ask me anything.
>I just got offered a ridiculous sum of money
They are getting desperate. Just say no
If you were truly Christian you wouldn't even be considering this offer.
Your medical history isn’t something you should have to share with employers.
Just tell them to fuck off. What are you, a cuck?
My former company denied my religious exemption for bullshit reasons. Currently working with EEOC to sue their asses off.
This find out who is in charge he and fucking kill them off
>BS. "I feel explaining my religious beliefs could open me up to discrimination."
I used this line, more or less. But they failed fundamentally in a number of ways before it even got to that. We didn't even discuss accommodations.
I'm going to sue their asses.
Say you'll take less without the shot.
Anyone here tried using state protections? For example, two states have blanket bans (montana, tennessee), and a bunch of others require certain exemptions be observed (texas, florida, a bunch of others). I am heavily considering packing up all my shit and moving to a state that gives a fuck about my freedoms, just wondering if anyone has had any luck actually using them against their faggot HR department at their job.
> Your medical history isn’t something you should have to share with employers.
You are correct. Asking for your medical history is highly illegal unless it is directly related to your ability to perform job tasks.
And even then, they MUST make accommodations unless it presents an undue burden.
Same goes for religious exemption, they MUST assume sincerity and can only reject unless it presents an undue burden.
And the undue burden must be provable in court. They can't just say they don't feel like it.
Good. Use the kikes against them. Why in the HELL do these companies even give a fuck?
>This is not my opinion.
It absolutely is an opinion because it is legally incorrect.
You’re missing the point. The employer has the right to ensure that the exemption is religious in nature. They don’t have the right to judge the validity of your religious beliefs, even if they’re crazypants, but they absolutely can ask you to articulate them.
All OP has to do is say, “I’m Christian, I prayed to God/my guardian angel/Jesus/Saint Whomever, my prayer was answered, and I was told not to take the vaccine into my body.” That’s literally what I did, except my beliefs are not Christian in nature, and they had no choice but to accept that.
one post this id
sage
>just got offered a ridiculous sum of money by a company that requires its employees to take the covid injection
Hey you disgusting jew. I am not taking your vaccine and I will never take a vaccine ever again. My children will never be vaccinated and their children will also never be vaccinated.
Back to the gas chambers with you.
When will people learn? It's never worth it.
THIS. STOP FUCKING FALLING OUT OF SOCIETY. THE ONLY WAY TO TURN THIS AROUND IS TO BE THE ONE IN THE CHAIR.
That's the problem, they DON'T give a fuck.
The real problem is they just obey whatever is demanded of them. And they don't dare to ask questions especially if an employee tells you it's legally questionable because lawyers are expensive and companies will do ANYTHING to avoid paying anybody any amount.
>legally incorrect
Nope.
>The employer has the right to ensure that the exemption is religious in nature.
No, they don't. I don't need to explain my religious beliefs in the slightest.
Find out the person who wants to know if you're vaxxed and visit them at 3AM. Watch out for cameras and keep yourself fully disguised.
>but they absolutely can ask you to articulate them.
Also nope.
anyone have proof about the myocarditis claim besides what a t shirt says?
Same. They need me more than I need them. My boss/the owner is also a freedom loving American and knows right from wrong. That’s part of why I work there.
Legally, the employer cannot determine whether what you believe is sincere or not. Your beliefs can be incomprehensible, incoherent, patently absurd, or even in opposition to others of your faith.
Explaining it is literally legally unnecessary.
The only reason they can use to dismiss you is if your accommodation presents an undue burden, one that can objectively be proven in court with numbers. Not speculation.
2 wrongs don't make a right and lying to get a vaxpass is no different than getting injected in terms of helping the system abuse people. Soviets faked documents all the time and it only helped the regime maintain power.
Although they can legally "ask" you to explain them, they cannot legally use your refusal to explain them as the reason to fire you.
Bro, just get the jab. It's safe and effective.
