It perfectly fits into my personal conspiracy theory headcannon, to me the CIA is just another US government org staffed mainly by university educated libs. The goal of the libs/progs has always been "rule by experts", the "experts" of course being people indoctrinated into their religion. This is what any shitlib will tell you he believes in if he thinks you agree with him. They view anyone who disagrees with them as not knowing the correct "facts" and being dumb hicks. This last part comes from the the fact that most shitlibs themselves come from middle america and they are desperate for you to not know this and to assimilate into coastal lib society.

Now I do think honestly, after class wars, this would be a last conflict.
