i would contend that these false flags are deliberately obviously false/sloppy (ex: photos of the bombed out APC and then the photos of the skull which had been cut by a bonesaw in an autopsy leaked hours later) in an effort to sow confusion, discord. there's not an effort to make them "genuine" but rather an attempt at conveying impunity. similar to the judicial process of LPR/DPR's puppet government "requesting military assistance" and the constant reports of Ukraine shelling russians.
