Lets put it this way, if you aren't willing to have the talk with her, somebody else will and probably already has if she is actually in contact with these people. Blocking her internet access only works for so long and will only make her want to seek out the forbidden object even more. You need to approach this rationally and not emotionally. A 13 year old is going to start getting interested in things like sex and she needs someone who can guide her though that. Not someone who is going to be punishing her for not being a perfect little angel
