I know he's a Jewish journalist, but I can't honestly fault him for these interactions. Fuentes is a bright kid, but Baked Alaska is a moron, and Theroux somehow found someone magnitudes more retarded than Baked Alaska, which I didn't even know was possible, in Beardson Beardly, who I previously didn't know. I guess that's the issue here - he chose the stupidest people he could find to represent the far right. Imagine how different this would've been if he'd spoken to like Jared Taylor, Martin Sellner, or Nick Land.

I doubt Theroux was aware of Saville's abuse. Lots of people were aware of Saville's abuse in media, Johnny Rotten even alluded to it decades ago, but plenty of people weren't. When Saville was alive, Theroux was just a young bumbling documentarian, hardly an insider. The Saville case is damning for the BBC's insiders, but Theroux obviously wasn't one of them.

And yet he continued working for the BBC after Savilles actions (and the BBCs coverup for him) became public knowledge

Theroux is a master troll and anons who don't acknowledge are smoothbrains. His jewishness makes him even more kek.G2rVD8

The BBC is the most significant institution in British media. Your standard is absurd.

He's not interested in making anyone on the right seem remotely sympathetic. Apparently he left an hour-long interview with Spencer on the cutting room floor.

Enron is one of the most significant energy institutions in the United States. Your standard is absurd.

He did around 3 hours of interviews with Richard Spencer, but ended up excluding them from his show.

I didn't know that, that's very telling. For all his flaws, Richard Spencer is well-spoken and intelligent, so he definitely would've been Theroux's one thoughtful interviewee.

Enron was destroyed when it was exposed. There are plenty of corrupt people who would've stayed at Enron if they could've. Saville's past was damning for many past BBC figures who absolutely should've been shamed, but by the time he was exposed, he was so old that most of those people were no longer at the BBC, so it was easy for the BBC to get off the hook.

>I know he's a Jewish journalist
he isn't

>His jewishness
he isn't jewish

As much as we goof on Spencer, he has strong optics for people who don't know about all the embarassing stuff he's done. It's more effective for a doc like this to focus on people like Fuentes and Beardson, who are fodder for the r/beholdthemasterrace crowd.

The media deliberately stopped interviewing Jared Taylor after the 2016 elections because he's too genial/well-spoken and they are afraid to give him more exposure. 20+ years ago, they used to let the guy make appearances on Donahue and C-SPAN.

An interview with someone like Nick Land would be interesting to watch, I feel like he would come off as confusing/mentally ill to the unitiated. Almost the opposite of JT. I don't know that his views are really still relevant in the alt-right anymore either.

Theroux works at an institution that got away with aiding and covering up the crimes of the most prolific and monstrous pedophiles in British history. This is a huge black mark on his character.

The queen got outed ?

He spoke to Vince James and did you see Vince in his episode? No. So there's your answer.

incel basement nick
chuck n jivin baked
and the rapist beardson
bravo
great optics
the alt right has done it again

Pedophiles was a typo. I meant pedophile singular.

Fuentes is a bright kid... Thats why he made baked alaska and beardson leaders of his "movement"

But yes, she did get called out in the dutroux case. I think it was two witnesses in the x-dossiers who called out the royal family.

I think you're misunderstanding Fuentes' goals. I do think he's bright, but I also honestly suspect that he's a narcissist. I think he says a lot of the things he does because white nationalists have always given him a lot of support, so he identifies that if he wants to be a media figure, they're his base audience. Apparently he's enriched himself off them too, he claims to be worth over a million now, and it's all off them. Alaska and Beardson may be morons, but they get attention.

>Imagine how different this would've been if he'd spoken to like Jared Taylor, Martin Sellner, or Nick Land.
They wouldn't have been nearly as easy for him to edit together into a coherent narrative about the sinister nature of the online right wing.
Man's trying to tell a story, I wholly blame Fuentes, Baked and the Hobbit for thinking they'd somehow manage to 'beat' the editor and somehow avoid coming away from it looking exactly how Louis wanted them to look
