Patchng an unstable plane with software is completely retarded, imagine something like the air france crash in the atlantic, even the pilots fucked up and stalled after the autopilot stoped working.
It was all due to frozen sensors how on earth engineers can be as retarded on the 737 max to create a whole system to stabilize an unstable plane through software that depends on sensors is beyond me.

You don't know what you're talking about.
The aircraft is aerodynamically stable, it just had different pitch characteristics from the previous model.
This is a problem because Boeing wanted to use not having to re-train pilots as a marketing plus. So they used software to make it handle like the NextGen.
In both instances of crash, the pilots correctly disabled to automated system but, for some reason, reactivated them.
