Senate Republican Rick Scott has rolled out a plan that all Americans should pay some income tax to have some "skin" in the game. 50% pay none he says. Then he says working people and old people already pay plenty of tax. So the new GOP plan is apparently to roll out a new type of tax that includes unemployed people? (but not retirees!)
Mathematically you never get anywhere near 50% if you take these facts and exclude retirees, children, and you would have to imagine married housewives who's husband works right?
