I don't disagree in the slightest. Social media companies hide behind 230 to skirt the fact that they have an inordinate amount of control over public perception and opinion through the selective procurement of content. The real solution to the problem isn't making them accountable for user content, but defining the legal difference between a public platform and a content curator. This arms people with the ability to hold FAGMAN accountable for their obvious agendas and blatant manipulation of the political system for their own gains while not appreciably increasing the power of the government or destroying public platforms as a whole.
Nobody will see or read this though, and NPCs will decide the bill is good because it -somehow- hurts gay people or because "why wouldn't I want to protect children? I'm not a nazi!"
