no one will actually takes them seriously

They get periods

they cry

They just don't fit

Women are for breeding, not leading. Those who camnot breed are useful only as whores

Depends for what.
what's cooking good looking?
I like bossy women in bed. Nothing worse than a dead fish.

No one respects them because the majority of them are cocksuckers

Winter vagina

They are generally too agreeable and often have misplaced maternal instincts that can conflict with efficiently reaching goals

Emotionally driven decisions

It only works in movies.

Yep, they're more susceptible to climate change

They have no concept of responsibility which leads to catastrophes. Just one example, the woman in charge of the Columbia shuttle that exploded fucked up by refusing an inspection of the wing and instead gambled with the astronauts lives without telling them. She got away with because she was a woman.

Most women actually cannot into soft power, as paradoxical as it seems; so they go into hard power and that's totally ineffective as well.

Unrealistic.

Have any of you ever had a woman boss? Did you feel she lead your team/department/office any differently than a man did?

Women sacrifice their own ambition to satisfy other women, therefore they will always betray whatever leadership you give them.

Too emotional. They aren't made to objective problem solving, at some point they just let their emotions decide and it even comes before ethics and morals.

the survivor men vs women shows are all u need to see

I did, as a teenager. She was a raging lesbian, and i got my ass fired since i let her feel what i though about her.
Bitch made up some charges, yo get me fired on my first job as a teenager in the summer. Cause she didn't like me, and i wasn't kissing her ass like she thought i should.
Ever since, i will NOT even work with women in the same department/office.
Wamanz at work are the reason we have micromanaging in our companies now. Color coding shit, and alphabetical ordering folders, to fill their working time with useless shit, and justify a salary.
t. No hate for women, but they don't belong anywhere near universities or work place.
Might just as well hire a nigger to color code shit at that point

>emotion based decision making
>inability to see long-term consequences
>always thinking opponents won't strike back, get surprised when they do
>pettiness
>fearfulness, neurotic behavior
>generally prone to hysteria
>creates problems when there isn't any
>tendency to be selfish
>weaker presence
>easy to manipulate
>makes everything personal, thinks everything is personal
The list is fucking long user.

Their agreeable tendencies and poor decision-making abilities often lead them to get easily exploited by (((foreign predators))). Not all female leaders are bad, but this is what you'll usually get on average.

None of these characters are actually good leaders though. If you want an example of a good female leader, Janeway from Star Trek Voyager.

My penis defeats them all.

Thatcher was literally a jew puppet.

1) CANNOT MAKE DECISIONS WITHOUT HAVING AT LEAST ONE MEETING
2) WILL TAKE THE DECISION THAT IS PROPOSED BY THE CLEVEREST GUY IN THE ROOM
3) WHEN HAVING TO MAKE A DECISION WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO CONVENE A MEETING, WILL ALWAYS, WITHOUT FAIL, TAKE THE WRONG DECISION

>>makes everything personal, thinks everything is personal
My last boss was like this. I remember my first Manager's meeting with her she bitched about how someone in the previous staff meeting had been "disrespectful" toward her and that she'd need to address that. (It was clear the woman was annoyed by some of her micro managing.)

Janeway as terrible. Chakotay was the real leader.

The entire western culture is built upon the assumption that women shouldn't bear responsibility for their actions.
This applies as much to ancient patriarchy as it does to modern feminism.

When has it ever gone well? Has it been tried before?

>Women are more prone to panic, which is a result of naturally being more tuned towards being emotional rather than logical.
>Women are completely absent to serve their country once per month,
>Women are physically weaker than men, and thus must rely 100% on associates to intimidate people.
>Women are not only illogical in nature, but also over emotional. They thus do "what feels right" and not what is necessary.
>Women are more susceptible to being seduced, thus any man with the right combination of sweet talk and looks can take over power in the country, completely bypassing democracy if such exists.
>Women are extremely spiteful to the point where they will ruin anything to feel good. Again this ties back to the childlike and overemotional aspect of women.
>Women are naturally drawn towards being pretty and fru fru, as in they dislike the grit and hardship that comes with doing a mans job. A leader leads trough anything.
>Women often end up shorter than males in the end, on average (worldwide) being anywhere from 10-14 cm shorter. Such a difference might not sound like much, but stature alone has a significant psychological impact.

So, does a woman have even a single quality that would be good for being a leader?
Not really to be honest. One would assume them being in tune with emotions and stuff would give them a easier time being in tune with their subjects. Unfortunately, without the logical capacity to enact proper chance, this is as good as useless.
There have been but a number of woman one can count on a single hand that have actually been capable of leadership over thousands of years of human history, and even then. A man would probably have done a better job.

They were merely symbols of a royal house, a glorified AD sign.
Today, they are merely puppets on a string as it's politically correct and hip to force a woman into a leadership role.

females are fucking retarded

>finalizes decision
>something goes wrong because they were involved
>I was goaded into this and shall reprimand my underlings as necessary
>so when's my raise?

It's either an indecisive tiptoeing around the actual problem or they get emotional and decide without logic.

user you oppose the vagina?

It’s been tried for 2500 years now without much progress. One day women will return to their object status

la goblina de los anericanos

Having had direct experience with a female-dominated work culture, I can speak to specific issues that can arise due to that kind of leadership. This is fully acknowledging the fact that individual women will vary on how feminine or masculine their work approach is, but like so many other matters the vast majority of women will think and behave like women - just as it applies to men.

First, women are adversarial to conflict. This includes the team-destroying dynamics, but also applies to positive forms of conflict like business-relevant debates. Women want consensus, whether that consensus is good for the company or even a real consensus. As a result female-run organizations will frequently view any form of discontent or dissent as a direct threat to the business, and will set about gaslighting and harassing those employees until they either shut up, quit, or get fired in order to restore what they perceive as consensus.

Second, female leadership is passive and indirect. Women will rarely confront others about issues, even professional issues, in a frank and concise way. As a result they do not ask for specific behavior changes but instead "encourage change" in vague, womanly ways that places the burden of interpretation and execution fully on the subject rather than themselves. It understandably causes frustration particularly among the male workers. The "flair" scenes from Office Space are perfect examples of this typically feminine behavior.

Third, women are disinterested in operations in favor of social cohesion. This can be useful for certain positions for morale and work culture, but in operations-specific areas it causes them to utilize favoritism and other social-game metrics to guide their professional rewarding rather than professional output. Feminine workplaces reward people for being popular and playing social politics rather than on hard operationally-relevant metrics, which is detrimental to both employees and the business at large.

Women aren't sovereign by design. Therefore countries led by women, can't be sovereign.

Narcissistic powertripping and passive aggression.
