There are companies where you can buy a one time debit card.
You send them £100 and then send you a debit card with £100 loaded on it. Then you throw it away once the £100 is spent. The idea is to avoid the possibility of credit card fraud but I imagine it would also let you bypass totalitarian governments. Because you can just get a new card all the time donators in other countries could pay for them.
