Everyone in this thread is missing the point. Fent doesn't need thousands of acres of land to produce a supply. You need a Mexican lab and chinese precursors. It's also much more compact, so it can be smuggled far more easily.
Ultimately its more profitable in every way.

A funny policy to implement would be the legalization of all drugs, overnight all those middle class white people will be building greenhouses. South America's economy is propped up by the drug trade. You pull the floor our from underneath them and watch as the news goes from narcos smuggling drugs to narcos killing eachother over the remainder of the wealth their organizations accrued because it's all that will be left.
Samuel Cook
Ron Paul and the boys have been pushing for just that for like 40 years. I'm all for it

This is a good explanation thank you user. Somehow it is sadder to think it is just our greed that puts this poison on the street rather than some villainous plot by foreign political adversaries.
because they can use 99% flour and still get their customers high enough to come back for more

>It's also much more compact, so it can be smuggled far more easily This. Also China wants to get back at the West for the opium century so they allow dealers in China to export it freely. The only rule is they cannot distribute it in China, under penalty of death.
Dylan Barnes
Hard to set up opium fields without the CIA showing up and demanding their cut.

It’s interesting to think about. I would support it as a fan of drugs. However it seems to be in the nature of the shitskin to operate any business as a quasi criminal cartel like organization. For example I just saw a documentary about the “avocado cartel” like wtf seriously why can’t these subhumans run a farm type business without incorporating criminality
Bentley Russell
Make no mistake, the Chinese government knows exactly what those precursors are for. The cartels are mostly just in it for the money.
The real conspiracy here that drug companies openly paid doctors to prescribe opiates to people who didn't need them in the early 2000's. This made an entire generation of addicts. Without those companies, there would nearly zero demand for cheap opiates, because there would be very few opiate addicts. You can probably guess who runs those pharma companies.

Really, how hard is it to grow opium poppies? Asking for a friend.
Angel Sanchez
Very easy. The seeds are in the garden section. Papaver Somniferum. You can also just buy poppy seeds and steep them in water for a few hours. Should taste sweetish with an earthy flavor not dissimilar to mushrooms. Be careful doing it though user.
It could just be people wanting to kill degenerates.
Sebastian Foster
...why do I have to be careful?
Henry Robinson
What I do is just take about 4-6 oz of poppy seeds from the European market by us… seeds should look darker than the slate colored ones by McCormick.
I put them in a ceramic French coffee press and put them on the stove warmer (not one of the four really hot circles, just the one that keeps things warm) and stir four to five times and maybe even let it sit overnight. Ymmv but I can tell I’ve done the needful when I see a little white foam on top. Always sip to gauge potency, never EVER chug this. Within 20-30 minutes you’ll know how to approach the rest.
Because you can overdose on opiate based drugs user. Even from poppy seed tea lmao.

>risk of growing acres of opium >costs associated with extracting it >gotta purify it to get the morphine >gotta process it to make heroin or you could just synthesize tens of kilos in a lab for the same amount of effort
