It's not that complicated. You can't legally hang corporations for setting their own rules of things they themselves made. However it's unconstitutional in the first place to take over a corporation, yet for social media it's 100% necessary unless you want more presidents to be literally banned and silenced. It's simply too dangerous and is the first thing in history the constitution could not have predicted.
