Technology should make this a lot easier, with polygraphs. The biggest challenge is establishing a government free of psychopaths and that is able to prevent psychopaths from taking over. Mandating sterilization of anyone with psychopathic genes could help.
But the issue is that psychopaths/Jews have a firm grip on power and aren't going to give it up anytime soon. Then you have the challenge of building the right government. You need a genius with extreme morality like Henry Ford or William Shockley to make the rules.
