My theory on what putin's long speech and recognition meant:
>Talking about the history of russia getting screwed by nato was a public wake up call that he wants to be taken seriously with security concerns >recognizing the two republics means ukraine now needs to play ball with putin since they won't go sword to sword with the russian backed breakaway forces and they know nato won't come in and help them so at this point zelenskyy needs to just do a ceasefire and cut his losses
These actions basically mean Putin did this as a way to avoid war
trumpbro's.. how was he able to avoid any of this shit with putin for that long?

Imagine if this was a globohomo psyop with the intention of giving Biden credit, distract people from economy and lock downs, and increasing Dems chances in the mid terms. Then Putin says, you know what, let's do it

>Why a redheaded, blue-eyed Chinese door guard? because if japanese media accurately depicted asians it would be very hard to pick characters apart you're close to a very silly joke of ZUN's though >why is the first game of the reboot of "oriental way" featuring occidental motifs like maids, vampires, and a western-style mansion? >answer: it's dripping with irony it's also why patchouli is supposed to be a western-style magician (physically frail, uses magic tomes, alchemy references like the philosopher's stone and demonic familiars) but her spells are based on the eastern five elements of fire/water/earth/wood/metal rather than the western fire/water/earth/air
So if this article is correct, Zelenskyy was wanting Putin to recognize the republics, and when you read why it makes sense:
>Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is hoping Russia will recognise the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics, since this would enable him to avoid implementing the political portion of the Minsk Agreements, Strana.ua reports, citing sources close to the Ukrainian presidential administration.
>Kiev has no plans for direct negotiations with the Donbass breakaway regions, and seeks to avoid making changes to Ukraine’s Constitution to provide them with a special autonomous status, as required by the Minsk deal, sources say.
>“[The administration] considers recognition of the ‘republics’ by Russia to be a very good option, since this will bury the Minsk Agreements so disliked by the Ukrainian authorities. This is also why Zelenskyy has no desire to move to advance Minsk II [the 2015 agreement containing the political reform requirements]. On the contrary, there is a desire to drag the process out until Russia recognises the DPR and the LNR and the problem resolves itself,” one source indicated.

He most likely knew this was going to happen. He wanted to bail on NATO and pull funding to Ukrainian defense. Europe and Ukraine would've been in an even worse situation then they are now. Putin's job of 'reclaiming' it would cause outrage from the Mainstream Leftist Media and the international community abroad, but the overall response would've been muted because Trump likely would not be backing up NATO or challenging the move.

So we good? Everyone happy?

I'm glad to hear we wouldn't get involved in any potential war, but this is so damn funny because Biden would literally help the rulers bail out like copters out of Nam
interesting, media over here just portrayed their (good) relationship as trumps' way of saying thank you for the russian haxors that put him in that spot, so it was a legit question and I thank you for answering it, mutt
