Everyone is interfering in everyone's elections with the existence of other people.
People who whine about election interference are only whining because it's making them lose.
The only way to have a pure election is to cut yourself entirely off from the rest of the world. Cold turkey, no contact and absolute control of your borders and all information with no one in the country being allowed to know about other countries.
And even then that will end up not necessarily being pure because what people may care about may change based on what other people are doing even if they don't know about it the people doing it.
If someplace cares about their fishery and China sneaks in and steals a bunch it doesn't matter if the people in this locked off country know why the fish stocks have gone down, but you can bet this community based around fishing are going to have what they care about be altered regardless of the fact that China doesn't exist in their mind.
Thinking you can have an election free of interference is like believing you have free will. It does not and cannot exist.
